- The exchange rate between points and euro value is determined exclusively by schmuckmitgravur.de . We expressly reserve the right to change this rate at any time and without giving reasons. Changes may be made, in particular, to take economic, market-related, or internal company interests into account.
- It is not possible to claim points retroactively for past purchases that were not automatically recorded.
2. Collect points

4. Liability and Amendments
- schmuckmitgravur.de accepts no liability for technical malfunctions or transmission errors in the awarding or redemption of points.
- We reserve the right to correct any incorrect points credits.
- We may change, restrict, suspend, or permanently discontinue the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
- There is no entitlement to the continuation of the loyalty program.
5. Data protection
- The personal data collected as part of the loyalty program will be processed exclusively in accordance with our privacy policy .
- By participating in the loyalty program, you expressly agree to the collection, storage and processing of your data.
